CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Our stainless steel jewelry are crafted from tarnish-resistant stainless steel, suitable for everyday wear. While they’re made to last, gentle care goes a long way. We recommend avoiding harsh chemicals, cleaning agents and the likes, to prolong it's shine. Over time & frequent wear, heavy exposure to water, sweat, or friction can cause light scratches and a gradual loss of shine- a natural sign of well-loved jewelry.
Some parts of the jewelry are made with glass beads. Please handle them with care and avoid dropping or knocking them against hard surfaces, as glass can chip or crack upon strong impact. Please consider carefully before purchasing for babies or young children to wear. Adult supervision is strongly recommended.
For light cleaning, gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth and store them individually in their original packaging, a soft pouch, or a jewelry bag. Avoid keeping multiple pieces together to prevent scratches or tangling.
WARRANTY
All our stainless steel jewelry come with a 30-day warranty! Should your jewelry get damaged within the 30-days after receiving your bracelet, you are eligible for a free one-time exchange. Please be gently reminded that the warranty only covers manufacturing defects such as the jewelry malfunctioning, and does not include accidental damage to delicate components such as the glass flowers cracking or breaking due to drops or impact.
