1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from when the order is placed. During peak periods (such as holidays), processing times may be longer. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the following countries:

Southeast Asia: Malaysia, Singapore
Oceania: Australia, New Zealand
Europe: Austria, Czechia (Czech Republic), Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Norway, Poland, Sweden, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Iceland, Switzerland
United Kingdom: England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales
Northern America: United States (Including Hawaii & Alaska), Canada


3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs depend on the delivery location and weight of the items in your order. You can view the shipping fee at checkout based on your delivery address.

5. Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information to follow your package’s progress. While we aim for timely delivery, please note that times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather or courier delays.

Estimated Delivery Times:-
Domestic Deliveries (Malaysia): Between 3-5 business days to reach the destination address

International Orders: Shipping times vary depending on the destination. Typically, it takes 7-14 business days for international orders to arrive. Delivery times may vary depending on customs in the destination country.

6. Multiple Shipments
In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

7. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If you do not receive your package or if you receive a damaged item, please refer to our Refund Policy for assistance.

9. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure your order arrives promptly, there may be times when shipping is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. This can include courier issues, natural disasters, or high-volume periods (like holidays). We will do our best to communicate any delays as soon as we are informed.

10. Shipping Methods
We currently offer Standard Courier Delivery through Ninjavan for both Malaysia & Singapore. For International Orders, we currently offer Standard Delivery through UPS. We’re working on adding more options, such as expedited shipping and same-day delivery soon. Stay tuned on our social media for updates.
