Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Aunty Whacky! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order or if your order isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review our refund policy below to understand your options.


1. Eligibility for Return, Refund, or Replacement
We accept returns & refunds or replacement of products for purchases made within Malaysia, that meet any of the following conditions:

  • Damaged in Shipment
  • Defective Products
  • Incorrect Item Sent

If your order meets any of these criteria, you may opt for either of the following 2 options:

  • Return & Refund: Once we receive and approve the returned item(s), we’ll process a refund.
  • Replacement: We’ll ship a replacement to you at no additional charge. If the product is out of stock, we may offer a replacement of similar items of equal value as an alternative. For incorrect items, we kindly ask for your cooperation in returning the item to us.

All return and replacement shipping costs (within Malaysia) will be fully covered by Aunty Whacky.

For international orders (outside of Malaysia), we do not accept returns. However, if your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, we will be happy to assist you with the refund process. 

 

2. Reporting Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To help us expedite the process, kindly provide:

  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect or error
  • Your order number and description of the issue

Please also let us know if you’d prefer a Return & Refund or a Replacement


3. How to Initiate a Return
Once your refund request is authorized, we will guide you through the return process. Aunty Whacky covers all return shipping costs on eligible items.


4. Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 14-30 business days, depending on the payment method used. 


5. Shipping Fees
For purchases shipped within Malaysia, all approved refunds will be refunded with the original shipping fees. Aunty Whacky will also cover return or replacement shipping costs on all eligible items. Please note that if your order was originally shipped with Free Shipping, only the cost of the products will be refunded, and the shipping fees will not be included in the refund.

However, for refunds on International orders, we will refund the purchase price of the item only, excluding shipping fees. 


6. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please follow the refund process and place a new order for the desired product.


7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the processing period, first check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary. If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello@auntywhacky.com


8. Exclusions
Please note that customized or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Additionally, items that have been used or altered after delivery may not qualify for a return or refund.
