Gifting & Packaging
Can I combine multiple gifts into one gift box?
Absolutely! If you’d like to create your own gift box, simply select ‘None’ in the gift wrapping/packaging section for each item in your order. Then, head over to our Wrapping & Packaging section to add your gift wrapping or gift box options separately. Don’t forget to note in the purchase comments that you’d like all the items packed together in one gift box!
How do I ship multiple gifts to different addresses?
To send different gifts to different addresses, you’ll need to place separate orders for each address, as each order is limited to 1 delivery address and will require its own shipping cost. If you prefer to save on shipping, you can choose to have all the gifts sent to one address, and we will wrap each gift individually as per your selected gift wrapping or packaging option.
Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized packaging?
Yes, we do! We offer a range of gift wrapping and personalized packaging options that you can select before you add the item to your cart. If you have any special requests, feel free to reach out to us—we’d love to help!
Can I add a personalized note to my gifts?
Yes, all gifts come with a free personalized note card! Simply select your preferred card design and include your personalized message in the message field before adding the item to your cart. Your message will be printed on the card and included in the gift.

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the following countries:
Southeast Asia: Malaysia, Singapore
Oceania: Australia, New Zealand
Europe: Austria, Czechia (Czech Republic), Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Norway, Poland, Sweden, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Iceland, Switzerland
United Kingdom: England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales
Northern America: United States (Including Hawaii & Alaska), Canada
How long does it take to process & deliver my order?
Once your order is placed, we typically process it within 1-2 business days.
Depending on your location:-
Domestic Deliveries (Malaysia): Between 3-5 business days to reach the destination address
International Orders: Shipping times vary depending on the destination. Typically, it takes 7-14 business days for international orders to arrive. Delivery times may vary depending on customs in the destination country.
You’ll receive an email confirmation along with tracking details as soon as your items are shipped. If you have a preferred deliver-by date, please specify in the checkout notes and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
How are shipping fees calculated?
Shipping fees depend on the delivery location and the weight of your order. You can find more details in our Shipping Policy.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to make the change before your order is shipped.
How will I know if my order has shipped?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your package’s progress using the link provided. If you’d like to surprise the recipient with the gift, simply enter your own email address during checkout, and all shipping updates will be sent to your email instead.
Returns, Replacements & Refunds
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, please get in touch with us within 7 days. Provide photos/videos & description of the issue, and we’ll assist you with a replacement or a refund.
We accept returns & refunds or replacement of products for purchases made within Malaysia, that meet any of the following conditions:
- Damaged in Shipment
- Defective Products
- Incorrect Item Sent
If your order meets any of these criteria, you may opt for either of the following 2 options:
- Return & Refund: Once we receive and approve the returned item(s), we’ll process a refund.
- Replacement: We’ll ship a replacement to you at no additional charge. If the product is out of stock, we may offer a replacement of similar items of equal value as an alternative. For incorrect items, we kindly ask for your cooperation in returning the item to us.
All return and replacement shipping costs (within Malaysia) will be fully covered by Aunty Whacky.
For international orders (outside of Malaysia), we do not accept returns at this time. However, if your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, we will be happy to assist you with the refund process. Please note that for refunds on international orders, we will refund the purchase price of the item only, excluding shipping fees.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, though cancellations may not be possible if the order is already shipped.
